At present, the County impact fee administration fund balance is sufficient to cover the cost of anew <br />impact fee study as well as special studies for various land use categories. To undertake a new <br />impact fee study, staff would need to prepare a scope of services, develop a request for proposals, <br />select a consultant, and manage the project. <br />That process will take a year to a year and a half from start to finish.
