into a county approved deferred compensation program equal to the maximum contribution allowable by <br />law. County shall also provide Long Term Disability inince for Administrator- and health insurance <br />dependent care coverage. <br />County Administrator may elect, once per calendar year, to submit to a complete physical <br />examination, including a cardio -vascular examination, by a qualified physician selected by the county <br />administrator, the cost of which shall be paid by the County. <br />County agrees to provide and pay for a cell phone' for the County Administrator. The County <br />Administrator shall select a cell phone plan (including enterprise exchange and data) most appropriate to <br />conduct the affairs of the County <br />SECTION 6. CONTRACT <br />The Administrator acquires no property rights in employment but has only the contractual rights set <br />forth or incorporated by reference in this employment agreement. . <br />SECTION 7. TERMS <br />The employment contract is for three years from the commencement date written above. The contract is not continuing in nature and must be renewed on a <br />iasis for each subsequent term. Renewals shall be under the same terms as this agreement or as <br />otherwise agreed to by the parties, except that Section 4 Annual Compensation may be 'increased. County <br />shall provide Administrator at least 90 30 days written notice in the event of non -renewal. <br />SECTION 8. TERMINATION <br />This contract may be terminated by Administrator at any time and for any reason by resignation <br />with 3 0 days written notice, in which case Administrator will be paid through the last day worked, or by the <br />County, at any time or for any reason, by giving Administrator 90 days notice of termination; provided, <br />however, that commencing July 1 2011 the County's notice period shall reduce to 30 days. Any accrued <br />amival lo„ v n'^a sick leave will be paid in full, and accrued vacation leave will be paid up to a maximum <br />of 15 weeks (562.5 hours), when a this contract is terminated or not renewed. <br />SECTION 9.
