PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />Not Applicable <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 RESPONSIBILITY FOR SCHEDULE COMPLIANCE <br />A. The Contractor agrees that whenever it becomes apparent from the current monthly <br />schedule that delays to the critical path have resulted, and hence, that the contract <br />completion date will not be met or when so directed by the Owner, he will take some or <br />all of the following actions at no additional cost to the Owner, submitting to the Owner <br />for approval, a written statement of the steps he intends to take to remove or arrest the <br />delay to the critical path in the approved schedule. <br />1, Increased construction manpower in such quantities and crafts as will <br />substantially eliminate, in the judgment of the Owner's representative, the <br />backlog of Work. <br />2, Increase the number of working hours per shift, shifts per working days per <br />week, the amount of construction equipment, or any combination of the <br />foregoing, sufficiently to substantially eliminate, in the judgment of the Owner's <br />representative, the backlog of work. <br />3. Reschedule activities to achieve maximum practical concurrency of <br />accomplishment of activities, and comply with the revised schedule. inr1nr11nA <br />
