The measures include operating <br />expenses per capita, per passenger trip, and per revenue hour. Figures 3-22 through 3-24 <br />display GoLine's peer and trend data for those measures. In terms of financial efficiency <br />measures, GoLine performs very well. GoLine had decreases in two of the three measures, <br />with the lone increase occurring in operating expense per capita. The peer graphics in those <br />figures show the most efficient agencies from top to bottom. GoLine ranked first by a <br />sizeable margin in all three measures.
