Van Fleet Water Production Facility Improvements BVP 13-196 <br /> The County reserves the right to request clarification of the data and other information provided <br /> to the County pursuant to this Solicitation including, but not limited, to the experience and <br /> qualifications of any entity under consideration. <br /> The County reserves the right to proceed to the Pre-Award Phase of the Solicitation if all <br /> Contractors have submitted Cost Proposals that exceed the County's construction budget for the <br /> Project. The County's election to proceed to the Pre-Award Phase in that circumstance does not <br /> alter any other right of the County including, but not limited, to the County's rights (i) to revise <br /> any aspect of the Project (to include its scope), (ii) to amend, cancel or withdraw this <br /> Solicitation, or(iii)to cancel the Project. <br /> The County reserves the right to require a Contractor to submit additional evidence or <br /> documentation to support the claims or information provided in the Contractor's Submittal. <br /> The County reserves the right to enter into a final agreement containing terms that vary from the <br /> terms stated in the Solicitation documents. <br /> 23 <br /> 17.2 . 23 <br />
