Van Fleet Water Production Facility Improvements BVP 13-196 <br /> All Submittal documents must be on standard 8'/s"x 11" paper. The Submittal should be stapled <br /> (and not bound) to facilitate easy handling, photocopying, and reading by the Evaluation <br /> Committee. Please do not submit binders, folders, or any additional information other than the <br /> required Attachments listed in Section 2, Submittal Requirements and Evaluation Criteria. No <br /> faxed or emailed Submittals will be considered. The Submittal must be received by date and <br /> time specified in Section 1.2 Project Timeline. Late Submittals will not be considered. <br /> The Submittal must be mailed or delivered in a SEALED package. The package must contain <br /> the following information on the outside of the package: Contractor's Name, Contractor's <br /> Address, Solicitation Project Name, and Solicitation Number. Mail or deliver one package <br /> containing one (1) original to the contact listed below.
