Van Fleet Water Production Facility Improvements BVP 13-196 <br /> 6.2.2 The Contractor shall deliver to the County, with copies to each additional insured identified in <br /> 6.3.1, certificates of insurance (and other evidence of insurance requested by the County or any other <br /> additional insured)which the Contractor is required to purchase and maintain in accordance with 6.3.1. <br /> 6.3 Contractor's Liability Insurance <br /> 6.3.1 The Contractor shall purchase and maintain such liability and other insurance as is appropriate <br /> for the work being performed and furnished and will provide protection from claims set forth below <br /> which may arise out of or result from Contractor's performance and furnishing of the Work and the <br /> Contractor's other obligations under the Contract documents, whether it is to be performed or furnished <br /> by the Contractor, subcontractor, supplier or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable. The <br /> Contractor shall purchase and maintain in force during the contract period with an insurer licensed to do <br /> business in the State of Florida; rated "A" or better by A.M. Best Rating Company for Class VIII <br /> financial size category, and acceptable to the County the following insurances. The limits of liability for <br /> the insurance shall provide coverage for not less than the following amounts or greater where required by <br /> Laws and Regulations. <br /> a. Workers' Compensation Insurance providing statutory benefits, including those that may be <br /> required by any applicable federal statute: <br /> Admitted in Florida Yes <br /> Employer's Liability $100,000 <br /> All States Endorsement Statutory <br /> USL&H Endorsement Statutory <br /> Voluntary Compensation Statutory <br /> b. Commercial General Liability Insurance, naming the County as an additional insured and/or <br /> Owner Protective Liability, when required by the County's Risk Manager, Contractual, Products and <br /> Completed Operations Liability coverage on an occurrence policy form in limits not less than those listed <br /> and deductible amounts not to exceed$25,000. <br /> Aggregate Combined: $5,000,000 <br /> Each Occurrence: $5,000,000 <br /> M&C/CGL $ <br /> Broad Form CGL $5,000,000 <br /> Contractual Liability $5,000,000 <br /> Products $ <br /> Completed Operation $5,000,000 <br /> Personal Injury $ <br /> Independent Contractors $ <br /> XCU Property Damage Excel $ <br /> Umbrella Liability $ <br /> Regarding Completed Operations Liability: Continue coverage in force for two (2) years after <br /> County's acceptance of the Project. <br /> c. Automobile Liability Insurance. Coverage shall be maintained by the Contractor as to the <br /> ownership, maintenance and use of all of its owned, non-owned, leased or hired vehicles with limits of <br /> not less than: <br /> Bodily injury &Property Damage Liability $1,000,000 <br /> 66 <br /> 172.6c <br />
