Task 3: Coordinate with FDEP <br /> Consultant will prepare a letter of notification to Florida Department of Environmental Protection(FDEP)regarding <br /> tank replacement. It is assumed that an FDEP permit is not required for the tank replacement,but justification for a <br /> reduced size tank will be necessary. <br /> Task 4: Services during Construction <br /> Consultant will: <br /> • answer questions from contractors regarding the scope of work during the price proposal phase <br /> • review one set of shop drawings on the tank and piping during the construction phase of the project <br /> • attend one site visit once all the equipment is installed prior to placing into service. <br /> Kimley-Horn's cost for Work Order No. 5 to cover these tasks is$17,900.
