<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution, the release of the. common three (3) foot side lot
<br />utilities and drainage easements, being the southerly three (3)
<br />feet of Lot 2, and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, Block 13,
<br />Tropical Village Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 65,
<br />of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. ;
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 91-61, abandoning certain easements in
<br />the Tropical Village Estates Subdivision as
<br />recommended by Staff.

<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE TROPICAL
<br />VILLAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, LOTS 2 & 4, BLOCK
<br />13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED
<br />I'N PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
<br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />and WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />Grantor, to James B. Atwell and Edith M. Atwell, his wife,
<br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing
<br />address is Post Office Box 44, Fellsmere, Florida 32948 Grantee, as
<br />follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />The common three (3) foot side lot utility and
<br />drainage easements of Lots 2 & 4, Block 13,
<br />Tropical Village Estates, being the southerly
<br />three (3) feet of Lot 2 and the northerly
<br />three (3) feet of Lot 4, Block 13,. Tropical
<br />Village Estates, according to the plat thereof
