Atwell <br />Lots 2 & 4, Block 13, Tropical Village Estates <br />Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration. by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of May 21, 1991. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by James B. & Edith M. Atwell, the <br />owners of the subject property, for the release of the common three <br />(3) foot side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 2 & 4, <br />Block 13, Tropical Village Estates Subdivision, being the southerly <br />three (3) feet of Lot 2 and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 4. <br />It is the petitioners' intention to construct a single-family <br />residence on the subject property. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -6, <br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation is L- <br />2, allowing up to six (6) units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power & Light Company, Falcon Cable Corporation, the Indian <br />River County Utilities Department and the Road & Bridge and <br />Engineering Divisions.
