To receive reimbursement, Klassen shall submit the <br /> ogg=a,1 FPLC the Parks Superintendent who shall review, approve and submit the <br /> bid#,to ft9 ce of Budget and Management for reimbursement. Klassen acknowledges <br /> thai�fie is responsible for payment of the FPL bill and that reimbursement will be made to <br /> him in his name. Reimbursements do not include any deposits, late fees or penalties. <br /> 6. Improvements. Klassen shall make no alterations or improvements to the Licensed Property <br /> without the express written approval of County, which may be withheld in the sole and <br /> absolute discretion of County. This paragraph does not include improvement to his mobile <br /> home residence. <br /> 7. Condition of the Licensed Premises. The Leased Property is in "as is" condition without <br /> warranty or representation as to its condition.
