AGENDA COPY <br /> 8. Insurance. Klassen shall obtain (a) a comprehensive general liability insurance policy with <br /> respect to the Licensed Property, in the minimum amounts of $100,000 per person and <br /> $200,000 per incident, which policy shall name County as an additional insured. Prior to <br /> occupancy, Klassen shall provide to County a certificate of insurance confirming that such <br /> policy has been obtained and is in full force and effect, and confirming that such poles will <br /> not be cancelled without thirty (30) days prior written notice to County. Such policy sl%all be <br /> primary to any liability insurance obtained by County with respect to the LicePx131 <br /> rty, <br /> and (b) such insurance on Klassen's personal property kept on the License Props <br /> Klassen deems appropriate. Klassen acknowledges that County will maidta n"o insurance--• <br /> applicable to Klassen's personal property. <br /> 9. Indemnification. Klassen shall defend, hold harmless and inden3nify C tNy,i hiding its <br /> commissioners, officers, employees and agents, from and against- ny and Ar'lairi s, causes <br /> of action, losses, damages, expenses (including reason-.at ey's fe ), and other <br /> liabilities of any type whatsoever, arising out of or elating to sse�s negligence, <br /> intentional misconduct, or violation of this License AgreARent or applicai law. <br /> 10. Termination.
