The municipalities have reimbursed the Supervisor of Elections <br /> office for the cost of conducting these elections. The city revenues received from both municipalities <br /> total $ 28,134. <br /> In addition to the municipal election held in March, the Supervisor of Elections office assisted in <br /> conducting a special election to fill the vacancy of Hospital District Seat 3. The hospital district <br /> conducted their election with the assistance from our office. The elections office was reimbursed for <br /> expenses incurred for setting up the election. The amount the Election office was reimbursed for <br /> election expenses was$ 1,885.92. <br /> 1 am asking to have both the city revenues we received from the March election and the reimbursement <br /> we received from the Hospital District to be rolled back into our 2012/2013 budget.
