County Code Violation Category. <br /> ■ Properties with debris that was visible from the street. <br /> ■ Debris includes items such as old and dilapidated automobiles, household appliances, scrap building material, or any junk <br /> item as defined in the county's land development regulations. <br /> Windshield Survey: Sub-Standard Housing Category <br /> The windshield survey classified 388 single-family structures as being in sub-standard condition. Nearly all (91.5%) of those <br /> structures are located in East Gifford. Figures 6 and 7 show examples of housing units that were considered to be in substandard <br /> condition. Figure 8 shows the location of the 355 substandard structures in East Gifford. Central Gifford contains 32 structures that <br /> are classified as substandard. The location of those structures is depicted in Figure 8.1.
