Page 2 <br /> Consent Agenda Item for 4-2-13 BCC Meeting <br /> Indian River County and Sebastian Inlet District MOU <br /> March 20, 2013 <br /> The MOU is for a five (5) year term, with one renewal option of five (5) years upon satisfactory <br /> coordination between the County and District. <br /> At the regular Sebastian Inlet District Commission meeting held on March 13, 2013, the District <br /> Commissioners approved the MOU and authorized their Chairman to execute the agreement. <br /> At the regular Indian River County Beach & Shore Preservation Advisory Committee meeting <br /> held on March 18, 2013, the MOU was discussed and motion to support the MOU was <br /> unanimously approved by all committee members. <br /> FUNDING <br /> Funding is not required for the execution of the Memorandum of Understanding between Indian <br /> River County and the Sebastian Inlet District.
