BEFORE THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> NOTICE OF COMPREHENSIVE <br /> PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT <br /> TRANSMITTAL PUBLIC HEARING <br /> The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br /> River County, Florida, will consider the transmittal <br /> of an amendment to the text of the comprehensive <br /> plan to state and regional review agencies. <br /> A public hearing, at which parties in interest and <br /> citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, <br /> will be held on Tuesday April 9, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. <br /> in the County Commission Chambers of County <br /> Administration BuildingA,located at 1 80127thStreet, <br /> Vero Beach, Florida. The proposed amendment is <br /> included in proposed ordinance entitled: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TEXT OF <br /> THE POLICY 5.6 OF THE FUTURE LAND <br /> USE ELEMENT OF THE COUNTY'S <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING <br /> CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> The plan amendment application may be <br /> inspected by the public at the Community <br /> Development Department in County Administration <br /> Building A, located at 1801 27th Street, <br /> Vero Beach,Florida,between the hours of 8:30 a.m. <br /> and 5:00 p.m.on weekdays.
