r <br /> II AGO;- <br /> i <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> HONORING ANN POWELL ON HER RETIREMENT FROM <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF CO UNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SER VICES/ <br /> WATER DISTRIB UTION DIVISION <br /> WHEREAS,Ann Powell retired from Indian River County effective May 30, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ann Powell began her employment with the County as an Account Clerk <br /> II on March 22, 1991. She was promoted to an Account Clerk III on October 8, 1993, <br /> and on September, 15. 2000,promoted to a Secretary III position. On March 30, 2001, <br /> her position was reclassified to a Staff Assistant II, and Ann continued in that capacity <br /> until her retirement, and <br /> WHEREAS, Ann Powell was a dedicated employee, and her work was greatly <br /> appreciated by the community, her employer, and co-workers alike; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br /> applauds Ann Powell's efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board wishes to <br /> express their appreciation for the dedicated service she has given to Indian River <br /> County for the past twenty-two years; <br /> --BE-IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br /> 4!3dend Ann Powell heartfelt wishes for success in her future endeavors. <br /> Adopted this 111h day of June 2013. <br /> 1 , <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> VER GOINDL9NRIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> ►C <br /> J eph E.
