(Dunkelberger) is pleased to submit this <br /> proposal for Engineering Testing Services during construction activities at the subject project in Vero <br /> Beach(Indian River County),Florida. <br /> PROJECT INFORMATION <br /> The project involves drainage and roadway improvements to approximately %2 mile of'121h Street <br /> starting about 250 feet east of 32nd Avenue through the intersection at 27th Avenue to about 400 feet <br /> east of 25th Avenue. The proposed drainage improvements primarily involve the installation of about <br /> 2,400 lineal feet (lf) of 60-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and 1,781 if of 8-inch <br /> diameter Type H underdrain. Associated with the primary drainage trunk line will be secondary <br /> drainage consisting of 12-inch, 15-inch and 18-inch diameter RCP. The roadway improvements will <br /> include new construction (road widening) and asphalt milling. In addition, there will be concrete <br /> headwalls, sidewalks and driveway construction. Also, a traffic signal mast arm will be installed at the <br /> intersection of 12th Street and 27th Avenue. <br /> The scope of work described in this proposal is based on our review of the construction drawings <br /> prepared by Indian River County — Engineering Division, dated May 25, 2012, and our experience <br /> with similar projects for you in the past. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> We will provide the required construction materials testing services for the project.
