Board of County Commissioners <br /> May 28, 2013 <br /> Page Two <br /> RECOMMENDATION. <br /> The County Attorney recommends that the Board determine Mr. Reingold's salary, and approve the <br /> attached proposed employment agreement. <br /> 19 <br /> The County Attorney further notes that the form of contract being used for Mr. Reingold, and currently <br /> being used for Mr. Polackwich, has been revised several times in the past with the result that it is no <br /> longer written or formatted in an efficient and professional manner. In the interest of simplifying the <br /> contract process, this general deficiency has been allowed to continue. However, the County Attorney <br /> recommends that before his departure date (estimated August 1), he be instructed by the Board to update <br /> the form of the contract to a more efficient and professional document.
