CR 512 Resurfacing Page 3 <br /> PSL-09-3054 (14.1) <br /> • Prepare field inspection reports documenting the observed work effort and completed <br /> work areas, notable occurrences or specification deviations, weather conditions, field <br /> communications and other relevant activities. <br /> EngincerinQ& Reporting <br /> • Engineering oversight during the construction to coordinate the aforementioned test <br /> program,make site visits, and attend progress meetings. <br /> • Submittal of brief engineering reports documenting our findings and test results. <br /> Our construction materials testing services will be provided on an as-needed basis as dictated by <br /> the pace and methods of construction. For scheduling purposes, we normally request at least 24 <br /> hours notice prior to the tinne the field services are needed. <br /> ESTIMATED COST <br /> We propose to bill this work on a unit rate basis in accordance with our current 2013-2014 <br /> Continuing Geotechnical Services Agreement. Based on the described scope of work and testing <br /> frequencies, we have provided a Projected Scope and Budget (Attachment A) for the required <br /> services and established a budget of$22,468 with construclion hispection inchided.
