Page Three <br />Agenda Item for July 16, 2013 <br />(W Crime Scene Facility Change Order # 3 Proctor Construction Company <br />Evidence Compound <br />A <br />ON <br />Items 1-5 and items 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 18 are related to permit review comments. <br />Modifications to the design drawings were implemented in response to the permit review <br />requirements and were subsequent to bidding and contracting of the project. Items 7, 9, 13, 16 <br />are owner generated changes after review of ongoing construction. Items 6, 15 and 17 are <br />related to contractor inquiry of construction related details. <br />Change Order # 3 has a net total of $73,013.73 including use of the remaining balance of the <br />owners' contingency. <br />FUNDING: <br />Funding for this phase of the project is available in Optional Sales Tax/Facilities Mgmt/Crime <br />Scene Unit Bldg Renovation, Acct# 31522019-066510-01004.
