BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS AND WIDENING OF 66TH AVENUE <br /> FROM SOUTH OF SR 60 TO NORTH OF 57TH STREET <br /> IRC PROJECT NUMBER 0545 <br /> PROFESSIONAL CNIL ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING <br /> AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARCADIS US, Inc. AND E\DLAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated September 6, 2005 between ARCADIS US, Inc. (ENGINEER) and <br /> Indian River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in "Section I — Project <br /> Limits and Description" and "Section V- Compensation". <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following: <br /> "SECTION I-PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate <br /> the following: <br /> Plans have been prepared for the construction of 66th Avenue from south of SR 60 to north of <br /> 576 Street. Included in this work are plans for the widening and reconstruction of 49'Street <br /> from 66h Avenue to a point approximately 1,180 feet east of 66th Avenue. These plans included a <br /> roadway transition from the ultimate three lane section to matching the existing roadway width <br /> and location east of 66th Avenue. These plans will be revised to show the three lane section at <br /> 66t"Avenue transitioning to an ultimate two lane roadway section for total a distance of 1,390 <br /> feet east of 66h Avenue. The plans will be revised to provide for two 12-foot wide travel lanes . <br /> with 4-foot wide paved shoulders. The south edge of pavement will be located 18-feet north of <br /> the sub-lateral A-8 canal north right of way line. The roadway plans, cross sections, and <br /> pavement marking plans will be revised to reflect the new pavement width and location. <br /> "SECTION IV—TIME FOR COMPLETION" is being modified to incorporate the <br /> following: <br /> The time for completion of Amendment Number 14 shall run concurrently with the construction <br /> of this project. <br /> "SECTION V-COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> G:\LNR Support\ADMR Marketing\Proposals\WPB\2013\66 th Ave Amendment No 14 8-19-13 .doc <br /> 107 <br />
