ORDINANCE NO. 88 - <br />Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by redesignating the <br />following described property from LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 <br />to LD -1, Low -Density Residential 1. <br />The subject property is described as. <br />The northwest $ of the northwest $ of Section 10, Township <br />32 South, Range 39 East, less the south 300 feet of the east <br />300, and less the northeast $ of the northwest $ of the <br />northwest k; <br />The southwest $ of the northwest $ of Section 10, Township <br />32 South, Range 39 East, less the easternmost 300 feet; <br />Tract 5 and those parts of Tracts 6 and 28 located north of <br />the Lateral "G" Canal in Section 9, Township 32 South, Range <br />39 East, <br />The east z of the northeast of Section 9, Township 32 <br />South, Range 39 East, <br />All lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, <br />and containing approximately 145 acres. <br />SECTION 5 <br />The Land Use Map of the Land Use Element of the Compre- <br />hensive Plan is hereby amended by assigning a land use desig- <br />nation of LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 to the River Edge <br />Subdivision which was deannexed from the City of Sebastian. <br />The subject property is described as follows: <br />All of River Edge Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8, <br />Page 81 of Indian River County records, of Indian River <br />County, Florida. Said lands now lying and being in Indian <br />River County. <br />The section entitled "U.S. #1 MIXED USE CORRIDOR" found on <br />Page 38 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />CODING: Words in 4t,4409 -414,47A type are deletions from existing <br />law.
