ORDINANCE NO. 88 - Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by redesignating the following described property from LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 to LD -1, Low -Density Residential 1. The subject property is described as. The northwest $ of the northwest $ of Section 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, less the south 300 feet of the east 300, and less the northeast $ of the northwest $ of the northwest k; The southwest $ of the northwest $ of Section 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, less the easternmost 300 feet; Tract 5 and those parts of Tracts 6 and 28 located north of the Lateral "G" Canal in Section 9, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, The east z of the northeast of Section 9, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, All lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, and containing approximately 145 acres. SECTION 5 The Land Use Map of the Land Use Element of the Compre- hensive Plan is hereby amended by assigning a land use desig- nation of LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 to the River Edge Subdivision which was deannexed from the City of Sebastian. The subject property is described as follows: All of River Edge Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 81 of Indian River County records, of Indian River County, Florida. Said lands now lying and being in Indian River County. The section entitled "U.S. #1 MIXED USE CORRIDOR" found on Page 38 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended as follows: CODING: Words in 4t,4409 -414,47A type are deletions from existing law.
