<br />Director Baird advised they are about 3 million, but pointed
<br />out that revenue source is considered a tax on this report
<br />because the state requires it be shown that way.
<br />Commissioner Scurlock stressed that is 3 million that is
<br />being generated that is more associated to a user fee.
<br />Chairman Bird thanked the auditors for the job they have
<br />done and their presentation.
