Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners in January of 1990 authorized staff to bill Floralton <br />Beach monthly until they could be added to the tax bill. Indian River County has been <br />billing Floralton for streetlights since March 1990 at a cost of approximately $110.00 a <br />month. <br />Staff would like to establish an M.S.B.U. for Floralton Beach and begin billing them as <br />` soon as possible.
