CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: TERRANCE G. PINT `- <br />DIRECTOR OF UTIL SERVICES <br />PREPARED H. D. "DUKE" OSTER, P.E. <br />AND STAFFED ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WITH <br />RIVERSIDE CHURCH ASSEMBLY OF GOD <br />BACKGROUND <br />,....,,.The Riverside Church Assembly of God is constructing a 1,300 square <br />:.:foot addition to its existing facility on Roseland Road in Sebastian. <br />,:'..The Church is currently on well water and septic tank; water and <br />L'wastewater collection facilities are not available. <br />;:;;ANALYSIS ` - <br />:`,The developer has agreed to provide necessary plant capacities <br />..(existing), and to abandon said systems when Indian River County <br />utilities become available; developer agrees to connect to county water <br />and wastewater collection systems when they become available, and to <br />pay the current impact fees. The developer further agrees to <br />participate in applicable assessments and to accept treated effluent. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends approval of the attached <br />developer's agreement with the Riverside Church Assembly of God. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (3-0) <br />approved Developer's Agreement with the Riverside <br />Church Assembly of God as recommended by staff. <br />SAID AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />- 161 <br />
