I <br />JUN 18 1991 <br />Consistent with the stipulated settlement agreement requirement, <br />the staff drafted the amendment provisions referenced in the <br />agreement and initiated the formal amendment process in October, <br />1990. Along with the stipulated settlement agreement amendment, <br />eight other amendment requests were processed. At its December 11, 1990 <br />meeting, the board approved the transmittal of all amendments to <br />DCA for their ninety (90) day review. Soon after that, staff <br />compiled all necessary information and transmitted the amendments <br />to DCA. <br />32 <br />
