Chandler, County Administrator <br />THRU: Jack Price, Personnel Director R4 -t-1; <br />FROM: Beth Jordan, Risk Manage <br />DATE: 13 June 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Semi -Annual Bond Review <br />Please consider this item for the Board of County Commissioners' <br />July 2, 1991 consent agenda. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Chapter 137. 05, Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County <br />Commissioners to review the bonds of the County officers twice <br />annually. The Board last reviewed the bonds on January 2, 1991. <br />ANALYSIS <br />We have reviewed copies of the bond for each Commissioner and <br />Constitutional Officer and, upon review, found them to be <br />sufficient in keeping with the statutory requirements. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Following review, no further action is required of the Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bowman being absent) accepted the <br />Semi -Annual Bond Review. <br />D.
