Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manager " <br />SUBJECT: Indian River Boulevard Phase III <br />Construction Management and Inspection Services <br />References: IRC Bid 91-89 <br />DATE: July 2, 1991 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Boyle Engineering Corporation is under contract with Indian <br />River County to provide Construction Administration Services <br />for the full twelve month construction period of Indian <br />River Boulevard Phase III and full-time on-site Resident <br />Inspection Services for the initial six months of <br />construction when concurrent activities are expected to be <br />intense. <br />The 1986 budget price for Construction Administration <br />Services, which provided for a Resident Inspector for the <br />full twelve month construction period, was $97,110. In <br />April 1991.County Staff met with the Consultant to negotiate <br />the Construction Services and the Consultant proposed <br />compensation in the amount of $163,350.
