BOOK 83 PAGE 852 <br />The references obtained (copy attached) on the low bidder for <br />this project, Sheltra & Son Construction Co. Inc., <br />indicated that the County may need a full-time on-site <br />Resident Inspector for the full twelve month construction <br />period to insure a satisfactory project. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />If the Board of County Commissioners awards construction of <br />Indian River Boulevard Phase III to Sheltra & Son <br />Construction Co. Inc., staff request the Board's <br />authorization to prepare an amendment to Boyle Engineering's <br />contract for Construction Administration Services to <br />increase full-time on-site resident inspection from the4- <br />initial six months of construction to the full twelve month <br />construction period. Funding is to be from Fund 309 -Indian <br />River Boulevard North. <br />Commissioner Scurlock asked if $97,110 is the figure, and <br />Director Davis noted that is the figure in the current contract; <br />the total for the full twelve month construction period would be <br />$163,350. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to prepare an amendment to Boyle Engineering's <br />contract for Construction Administration Services <br />to increase full-time on-site resident inspection <br />to the full twelve month construction period as <br />recommended by staff. <br />NPDES GROUP, STORMWATER APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES <br />Director Davis reviewed the following, explaining how this <br />works: <br />18 <br />
