Eggert, Chairman <br />County Fire Ad Hoc Committee <br />July 15, 1991 <br />County Fire Ad Hoc Committee <br />The members of the County Ad Hoc Fire -Committee made the <br />following recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners at <br />its meeting of July 12, 1991: <br />1. That the budget and millage for A.L.S. and the three <br />fire districts be approved as presented. <br />2. That a "Resolution of Indian River County, Florida <br />creating an Indian River County Emergency Services <br />District Advisory Committee" be placed on an <br />upcoming agenda and approved. This committee would <br />be a consolidation committee effective on approval <br />that would take the place of the North and South <br />County Fire Districts' Advisory Committees. Its <br />memberships would be basically the same as the <br />current County Ad Hoc Fire Committee less Indian <br />River Shores. <br />Commissioner Eggert stated no motion was needed and further <br />reported that this item will be on the agenda when it is finalized <br />and ready for the Board's approval. <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />Chairman Bird announced that immediately upon adjournment the <br />Board of County Commissioners would reconvene sitting as the <br />District Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal <br />District. <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board adjourned at 11:10 o'clock A.
