PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILI SERVICES <br />PREPARED WILLIAM F*. c IN <br />AND STAFFED CAPITAL PRO C S E ER <br />BY: DEPARTMENT ITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF UTILITY EASEMENTS IN TURTLE COVE <br />SUBDIVISION <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />The Department of Utility Services currently has a water line <br />project under construction (North Beaches AlA Water Line Extension) <br />�"on North A1A. Also as part of this project, we are installing water <br />-lines on two streets off of A1A--on 109th Place and 110th Place. <br />After extended investigation, it has determined that prior to the <br />installation of water lines on 109th Place (i.e., Turtle Cove), we <br />F* must formally accept the utility easements in Turtle Cove. Please <br />r see the attached Resolution accepting these easements and a location <br />map (plat map). <br />r` RECOr�IENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends adoption <br />of the attached Resolution on the Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 91-82 formally accepting utility <br />easements in Turtle Cove Subdivision. <br />
