RESOLUTION NO. 91- 82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER • COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN TURTLE COVE SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />lines in the North Beach/A-1-A area; and <br />WHEREAS, in <br />connection with <br />this project, <br />it is necessary <br />for the <br />County to install its <br />water lines in <br />certain utility <br />easements in the <br />following <br />subdivision: <br />TURTLE COVE, Plat Book 10, Page 86 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts the utility easements, as offered to the County, <br />shown on the plat of the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, -the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
