Director Keating pointed out that the literature search is one <br />part of the process. Another part is the site predictives model <br />which basically reflects knowledge gotten from other counties as to <br />where an archaeological site is more prone to be found. Again, <br />this is a lot different than the historical survey that we had done <br />a couple years ago when we went and cataloged all of the structures <br />of the county and identified which structures had historic value. <br />This survey will come up with a map showing locations of highest <br />probability of archaeological resources so we do not require every <br />developer to do a archaeological survey. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />G.
