T. -Modification to_Developer' s1reement-_- CGN _Subdivision <br />The Board reviewed memo from Attorney Collins: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: W L William G. Collins II - Assistant ,County Attorney <br />DATE: July 26, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Modification to Developer's Agreement - CGN Subdivision <br />Indian River County and the Developers of CGN Subdivision, a commercial <br />medical subdivision north of 37th Street, entered into a Developer's <br />Agreement dated June 5, 1990 relating to the construction of traffic <br />improvements (left -turn lane off 37th Street onto 12th Court) . <br />On July 11, 1991 the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended <br />modification of the agreement to extend the time for construction of the turn <br />lane, subject to the approval of the Public Works Department. <br />• j . <br />The modification allows an extension of time for construction of the turn <br />lane. ' Construction must be commenced by March 1, 1992 so that <br />construction may be completed by July 1' 1992. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the attached Modification to Developer's Agreement with CGN <br />Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Modification to Developer's Agreement with CGN <br />Subdivision. <br />TWO ORIGINALS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD - ONE <br />W/SIGNATURE OF VIRGINIA W.
