Davis, P. ., <br />Public Works Directlor y�8� <br />0 <br />Ordinance Establishing the Glendale Lakes <br />Street Lighting District <br />June 24, 1991 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />FILE: glenord.jun <br />On March 20, 1990, the Public Works Department received a <br />voluntary petition signed by 00% of the residents in <br />Glendale Lakes Subdivision requesting the County establish a <br />street lighting district. <br />At this time, staff has prepared the attached ordinance <br />establishing the District. The annual cost per parcel/acre <br />is $37.05: <br />.A copy of the Ordinance creati:g Glendale Lakes Street <br />Lighting District was sent to the Press Journal for <br />advertisement for four consecutive weeks in July. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Subject to comments by the public at the Public Hearing, = <br />staff recommends approval of the Glendale Lakes Street <br />Lighting District, <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />There were none, and he thereuponlclosed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 91-38 creating the Glendale Lakes Street <br />Lighting District. <br />BOOK; f'AU 9 <br />AUG 3 101 25 <br />
