S. 1 to <br />accommodate planned future growth. As a result of oversizing, the <br />Utilities Department wishes to reimburse Mr. Busch for the <br />construction of.the line at a rate of $2.00/inch/foot for a total of <br />$12.00/linear feet. (For details, please see the attached <br />Developer's Agreement.) <br />It is recommended that Indian River County reimburse Mr. Peter W. <br />Busch the amount of $1,920.00 for oversizing in the form of an <br />immediate credit from his impact fee and a portion of the impact <br />fees paid by other customers connecting to that line. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Bird being absent) approved reimbursement <br />in the form of immediate credit to Peter W.
