Baird <br />OMB Director <br />FROM: Leila Beth Miller <br />Budget Analyst <br />ESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The State of Florida, Department of Labor, has charged Indian River County for <br />Unemployment Compensation payments to former employees. A budget amendment is <br />required to reflect these payments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve budget amendment <br />044 to refund Unemployment Compensation payments, funding to come from <br />contingencies. <br />2 <br />
