SEP 5Ij991 <br />BOOK (a� FAGEC� <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />a tentative budget of $12,415,743 for the General <br />Purpose Municipal Service Taxing Unit for FY 1991/92. <br />LIBRARY BONDS <br />Administrator Chandler announced that this is the proposed <br />millage levy to fund our debt service on Library construction, and <br />the proposed rate is .3282. Rolled -back millage does not apply to <br />voter approved debt. If it did, this would be a 2.11% decrease. <br />The proposed budget is $1,725,852, a $21,958 increase over last <br />year. <br />Commissioner Scurlock wished to point out that the debt <br />service will be paid off in another two years and the millage will <br />drop. <br />Chairman Bird opened the public hearing on the Library Bonds <br />and asked if anyone wished to be heard.
