That prior to project construction) the written land <br />development permit waiver must be obtained by the developer. <br />Issuance of said waiver shall be subject to the following: <br />a. prior to issuance of the waiver, the developer shall <br />obtain the appropriate concurrency certificate(s) that <br />would normally be required to be issued prior to issuance <br />of a land development permit; and <br />b. that the construction of required improvements for all <br />project phases shall be subject to the required <br />improvements testing and inspection procedures and <br />standards prescribed in Chapter 913.07(5)(G) through (I) <br />of the LDRs; and <br />C. that prior to the issuance of a land development permit <br />or land development permit waiver for the subject <br />phase(s), the prorated share of fees En lieu of the <br />native upland set aside area shall be paid. <br />R.2 TRI ` <br />_....- �: <br />e: RM -8 <br />TR.
