Lump Sum Cost Elements <br />For Task 100 and 400, the basic services will be performed for a <br />lump sum fee and Indian River county (IRC) agrees to pay Camp <br />Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM) partial payments to be made on a <br />monthly basis in proportion to the percentage of work completed. <br />B. UW -89 -12 -DS <br />On April 16, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners approved the <br />preliminary assessment roll on the above -referenced project. The <br />Utilities Department has completed the construction of the project. We <br />are now ready to begin customer connections and request the Board of <br />County Commissioners' approval of the final assessment roll. (See <br />attached minutes and Resolution No. 3.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />The preliminary assessment was for a total estimated project cost of <br />$235,864.00, which equates to + $0.0464 per square foot of property <br />owned.
