Based upon their reviews,.there <br />would be no adverse impact to -drainage systems or to utilities <br />being supplied to the subject property since the reduced easement <br />has been designed to include and accommodate the existing utility <br />lines which cross the subject property. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners, through <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Eggert being absent) approved staff's <br />recommendation and adopted Resolution 91-156, releasing <br />easements for drainage and utility retained by <br />Resolution No. 90-31, which vacated the plat of <br />Sunshine Quality Homes - Unit 2. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 156 <br />i - <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, RELEASING EASEMENTS FOR DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY RETAINED BY RESOLUTION NO. <br />90-31, WHICH VACATED THE PLAT OF SUNSHINE <br />QUALITY HOMES - UNIT 2. <br />f WHEREAS, Sunshine Quality Homes - Unit 2, according to the <br />plat thereof, recorded in Plat 5, Page 63, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida, was vacated and returned to acreage on March <br />6, 1990, with the exception that drainage and utility easements were <br />retained over all rights -of -ways shown on the Plat of Sunshine Quality <br />Homes - Unit 2 until such time as the property was replatted or site <br />planned to provide alternate drainage and utility easements over the <br />property; and <br />22 <br />
