CR512 project. <br />In response, the City has suggested the afternoon of Tuesday, November 26th. <br />Administrator Chandler noted November 26 is a Tuesday, which <br />would be a Regular Meeting day for the Board of County <br />Commissioners, and he would arrange the agenda to make it possible <br />to begin a meeting with the City at 2:00 p.m. on that day. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Eggert being absent) approved a joint <br />meeting with the City of Sebastian City Council on <br />Tuesday, November 26, 1991, with the starting time <br />to be arranged by the County Administrator. <br />SPACE NEEDS STUDY <br />Administrator Chandler advised the Board that he would like to <br />schedule the presentation of the Space Needs Study at next week's <br />meeting and because it will be a rather lengthy item he would like <br />to schedule it as the last item on the agenda. He clarified that <br />this space needs study covers all the space needs of the County <br />rather than just the courthouse. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Eggert being absent) approved <br />scheduling the Space Needs Study presentation as the <br />final item on next week's agenda. <br />38 <br />
