Construction of these two projects <br />.were combined through a Joint Construction Project Agreement% <br />ti between Indian River County and the City Of Vero Beach. <br />Recent rains .have identified two drainage., problems.' The <br />"first problem will require installation of a..concrete pipe <br />under a driveway. The second problem will require raising <br />the swale grade approximately one foot. These revisions are <br />detailed on the attached referenced letter...:,,N <br />f:.The cost of these changes and additions is $6,342.20.• This <br />'•-•added to the current contract amount of $218,026.89 results <br />�111,in a new contract amount of $224,369.09."
