<br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:
<br />The County has been petitioned by Samuel A— Block, P.A., on behalf ,
<br />of Roy G. & Joyce B. Blackwell, C. Richard Splittorf, and Warner;
<br />Pyne and Ina M. Pyne, Jr, owners of the subject properties, for the
<br />release of four ( 4 ) common seven and one-half ( 7 1/2) foot side lot i
<br />utility easements, being the southerly seven and one-half (7 1/2)
<br />feet of Lot 12, the northerly seven and one-half (7 1/2) feet of
<br />Lot 13, the southerly seven and one-half (7 1/2) feet of Lot 13,
<br />and the northerly seven and one-half (7 1/2) feet of Lot 14, Replat
<br />of Bent Pine Subdivision, Units No. 3 and No. 4; Section 15,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East Plat Book 11, Pages 9, 9-A & 9-B,
<br />of the Public Records of Indian River, County, Florida; according
<br />to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book II, Pages 9, 9-A, and
<br />9-B, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. It is
<br />the petitioners' intention to reconfigure.these lots to allow for
<br />the construction of a single-family residence on Lot 12.
<br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -3,
<br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation is L-
<br />1, allowing up to three (3) units per acre.
