The total estimated cost to be assessed is: <br />$1,686,324.34. <br />RECOPMNDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the attached Resolutions I and <br />II and set the public hearing date. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation and adopted Resolution 91-165, <br />providing for Phase I of the Water Main Extension <br />Growth Plan; providing the total estimated cost, method <br />of payment of assessments, number of annual <br />installments, and legal description of the area <br />specifically served. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation and adopted Resolution 91-166A <br />setting a time and place at which the owners of <br />properties located on the east and west sides of 27th <br />Avenue, and other interested persons, may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to <br />the propriety and advisability of constructing Phase I <br />of the Water Main Extension Growth Plan. <br />62 <br />
