199A <br />WHEREAS, the special assessment shall become due and <br />payable at the Office of the Tax Collector of Indian River County <br />ninety (90) days after the final determination of the special <br />assessment pursuant to Section 11-47, Indian River County Code of <br />Laws.and Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, any special assessment not paid within said <br />,ninety (90) day period shall bear interest beyond the due date at <br />a rate established by the Board of County Commissioners at the time <br />of preparation of the final assessment roll, and shall be payable <br />in two (2) equal installments, the first to be made twelve (12) <br />months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />RESOLUTION 91-168 IN ITS ENTIRETY IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-1F9 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS <br />OF PROPERTY ON 10TH COURT SW BETWEEN 11TH <br />STREET SW AND 9TH STREET SW AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING <br />AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTYAS <br />TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF <br />PAYMENT THEREFOR, AN AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF <br />TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br />BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No.91-168 , determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the <br />county, and particularly as to those living, working, and <br />owning property within the area described hereafter, that <br />paving and,drainage improvements be made to; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to <br />the Board; and 54 <br />
