� o o K 8 4 fa G,,, 8 3' 6 <br />County staff will prepare and provide Coastal Technology <br />with a traffic study, landscape plan, and <br />boundaryttopographic survey for permit submittals. Coastal <br />Technology will prepare and submit •permit applications to <br />the Saint John's Water Management District, the Department <br />of Transportation and Indian River County. Construction <br />phase services incl4ding assembling the ,contract documents, <br />bidding, shop drawing review, inspections, change orders, <br />pay estimates, as -built survey, and preparation of record <br />drawings and certifications will be provided by the County. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The alternatives are as follows: <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Authorize the attached Agreement between Indian <br />River County and Coastal Technology. Since <br />Coastal Technology prepared the FRDAP grant <br />application, the firm is very knowledgeable of <br />Round Island Park and the site conditions. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Issue a request for proposals and select a firm to <br />perform the services in accordance with CCNA <br />procedures.
