a.- `Noncommercial stables shall be allowed in nonagricultural <br />districts only as an accessory use. <br />b. Such uses shall be located on lots having an area no less <br />than two (2) acres. <br />C. The number of horses shall not exceed one per acre. <br />d. Enclosed structures, such as barns, shall have a minimum <br />setback of fifty (50) feet from any property lines. <br />e. The applicant shall provide a fence which has a minimum <br />height of four (4) feet and totally encloses the property_ - <br />to be used in association with the stable. <br />Staff has verified that the specific land use criteria will be <br />satisfied; the applicant has indicated and depicted the <br />corresponding information on the submitted site plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners grant Annette Karnatz's request for special <br />exception use approval for a noncommercial stable with the <br />following condition: <br />1.
