Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: December 30, 1991 <br />RE: CHOOSING OF NEWSPAPER IN WHICH LEGAL <br />ADVERTISEMENTS MAY BE PUBLISHED <br />Pursuant to section 197.402, Florida Statutes, the Board of County <br />Commissioners must select a newspaper each year in which the legal <br />advertisements may be published.
